Ronke Ngozi Popoola
Tabla player and teacher in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Since 1989
- English, Igbo
I play tabla and piano. I started in 1989 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
