Helping people break into small business
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria

- English, Igbo
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,100 people through Lagos Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ronke: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
