I run The Kingsway Cafe in Limerick. We started in 2002 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Ronan
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
What gifts mean to Ronan: I'd put a gift toward a better oven.
