I've coached netball at Valley View Swimming Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ronan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Ronan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
