For 20 years I ran the athletics program at Lakeview Sports Club in Vitória da Conquista. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ronaldo
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
What gifts mean to Ronaldo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
