Helping people break into careers
- 🇧🇷 Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil

- Since 2015
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Juiz de Fora Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ronaldo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ronaldo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
