For 21 years I was the biology teacher at Guarulhos Secondary School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,160 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ronaldo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ronaldo: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me biology in 1989 at Guarulhos Secondary School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Greetings from Entebbe.
