I've worked in weaving from 1998 to 2025. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,000 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Ronaldo: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
