Romeo B. Ramirez
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines
- Little Santa Rosa Shop
- 1998 to 2021
- English, Filipino
I've worked in weaving from 1998 to 2021. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,010 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
More about Romeo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Romeo: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
