I've coached cross country at Calamba Valley View Athletic Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
