I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 990 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Romane
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me history in 2024 at Ashford Grammar School. I still remember that terrible school play. Thank you again.
