I coached martial arts at Manchester Boxing Gym from 2002 to 2014. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm still learning every day.
