Helping people break into trades
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- 1999 to 2022
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Fairview Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
