Baking, done properly
- 🇬🇧 Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Edinburgh Repairs
- 1988 to 1997
- English
I've worked in baking from 1988 to 1997. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 280 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Roman
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
