For 30 years I've run the rugby program at Hawassa Athletic Club in Hawassa. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Roman
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Roman: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
