I coached rugby at Los Angeles Boxing Gym from 2008 to 2023. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Roman
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Roman: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
