Roman L. Smith

Volunteer mentor with Tacoma Community Trust

  • 🇺🇸 Tacoma, Washington, United States
  • Tacoma Community Trust
  • Since 1990
  • English
For 36 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
