Roman L. Bennett
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Brampton, Ontario, Canada
- Brampton Workshop
- Since 1982
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Brampton, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Roman
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Roman: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
