I teach geography at Elmwood Primary School in San Jose since 1984. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never raise my voice.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Roman
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
