Helping people break into design
- 🇵🇭 Calamba, Laguna, Philippines
- Good Shepherd Youth Network
- 1981 to 1993
- English
For twelve years I've mentored people in design and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rolando
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
