Rolando K. Pascual
Trades mentor, Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- 1987 to 2019
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Parkside Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rolando
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rolando: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
