Rolando H. Marquez
Mentor in finance and engineering
- 🇦🇺 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
- Queensway Association
- Since 2010
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 930 people through Queensway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rolando: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first finance job in 2019. I still have your notes! Greetings from Beersheba.
