Rolando H. Lopez
Self-taught woodcarving artist
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Atlas Gallery
- Since 2000
- English, Filipino
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 2000 at Atlas Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Atlas Gallery, which keeps me honest.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Rolando: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
