I've coached softball at Lotus Swimming Club since 2005. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Rolando
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Rolando: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
