Roi Meir Friedman
Baking and catering cook
- 🇮🇱 Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel
- 1991 to 2007
- English, Hebrew, French
I've cooked from 1991 to 2007, first at home, then at Old Tel Aviv Kitchen and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I answer every message, eventually.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Roi: A gift would go toward ingredients for community meals.
