I've coached cricket at Mysuru Football Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.

What gifts mean to Rohit: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
