Rohan H. Srivastava
Volunteer mentor with San Jose Community Trust
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Community Trust
- Since 2000
- English, Hindi, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,270 people through San Jose Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rohan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
