Helping people break into farming
- 🇲🇽 León, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Holy Cross Association
- 2001 to 2016
- English, Spanish
For 15 years I've mentored people in farming and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rodrigo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
