Rodrigo F. Acosta
Coached football for nine years in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Windsor Youth Club
- 2010 to 2019
- English, Spanish
I'm a football coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 500 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Rodrigo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Rodrigo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2024. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Yokohama.
