Rodrigo Emiliano Escobar
Baking for eight years in Girona
- 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
- Old Girona Works
- 2017 to 2025
- Spanish
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2017 in Girona and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rodrigo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
