Rodrigo D. Vásquez
Recovery mentor, Scranton
- 🇺🇸 Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States
- Scranton Youth Network
- 2010 to 2021
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Scranton Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rodrigo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rodrigo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
