Helping people break into nursing
- 🇲🇽 San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico
- San Nicolás de los Garza Youth Network
- Since 1994
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,760 people through San Nicolás de los Garza Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rodrigo
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
