For 25 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
