I coached athletics at Manila Swimming Club from 1984 to 2004. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Rodel: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
