For 16 years I have been the history teacher at Oaxaca de Juárez Secondary School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Rocío: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
