Baking, done properly
- 🇪🇸 San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain
- The Mount Pleasant Shop
- Since 1990
- English, Spanish
I've worked in baking since 1990. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,800 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
