Rocío H. Ortiz

Traditional drumming player and teacher in La Plata

  • 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
  • La Plata Orchestra
  • 1987 to 2020
  • Spanish
I play traditional drumming and songwriting. I started in 1987 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.

More about Rocío

I wrote my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
