Rocío B. Hernández
35 years teaching Spanish in Valencia
- 🇪🇸 Valencia, Valencian Community, Spain
- Acacia Boys' School
- Since 1987
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 39 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Rocío
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Rocío: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
