Rochelle G. Spence

Self-taught woodcarving artist

🇯🇲 Kingston, Kingston, Jamaica
Mount Pleasant Gallery
Since 2009
English

I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2009 at Mount Pleasant Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at Mount Pleasant Gallery, which keeps me honest. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

Mediums

Woodcarving Textiles Sculpture

What gifts mean to Rochelle: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
