Helping people break into design
- 🇺🇸 Montgomery, Alabama, United States
- Montgomery Association
- Since 1994
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Montgomery Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Roberto
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Roberto: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first design job in 2020. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lucknow.
