I taught mathematics at Silverlake Academy in Los Angeles from 2015 to 2024. Most days I taught Year 10, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Roberto
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
