Roberto Ronaldo Farias
Design mentor, Niterói
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Since 2008
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Niterói Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
