Roberto Maurício Marques
Masonry for 38 years in Ribeirão Preto
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Little Frangipani Trades Guild
- Since 1988
- Portuguese
I've worked in masonry since 1988. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,860 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Roberto
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Roberto: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
