Roberto A. Velasco

Helping people break into public speaking

  • 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
  • Ciudad de México Foundation
  • Since 1982
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,500 people through Ciudad de México Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Roberto: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
