Roberta Cattaneo
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- Palermo Works
- 1981 to 2005
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1981 in Palermo and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You fixed our roof in 1996 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Bangkok.
