Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Hillcrest Association
- 1982 to 1993
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Hillcrest Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Robert
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
