I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

You taught me history in 2025 at Phoenix Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Greetings from Gold Coast.

You taught me history in 2015 at Phoenix Academy. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Truly.
