I coached cricket at Bristol Harbor Boxing Gym from 1991 to 2022. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Robert
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
