Rizky Ilham Kurniawan
25 years teaching design and technology in Jakarta Barat
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Barat Grammar School
- Since 2005
- English, Indonesian, Spanish
Jakarta Barat Grammar School is my second home. I teach design and technology there since 2005, mostly first-year students.
Over the years I've had 760 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rizky
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Rizky: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me design and technology in 2006 at Jakarta Barat Grammar School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand!

A small gift is a big thank-you.
