I've coached cricket at Los Angeles Trinity Athletic Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ritu
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Ritu: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
